- 2 Lengkuas
- 2 Red Onions
- 1 Whole Garlic
- 2-inch Ginger
- 2 Tbsps Sampradas Meat Curry Powder
- 1 Tsp Sampradas Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 2 Tbsps Sampradas Wood Cold-Pressed Groundnut Oil
Optional Coating:
- Bestari All-Purpose Flour (for extra crunch)

Follow these steps for a crispy, flavorful finish:
- First, prepare the blended paste. Add all the ingredients listed under “Blended Paste” into a blender and grind until smooth.
- Next, place the chicken in a large bowl and add turmeric powder, meat curry powder, salt, sugar, curry leaves, egg, and 5 tablespoons of the blended paste.
- Then, mix thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 2 hours. For best results, let it sit overnight in the fridge.
