- 10 Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 2 slices of thinly cut ginger
- Shitake Mushrooms
- Button Mushrooms
- Enoki Mushrooms
- Peas

- Carrot
Sauce Mix:
- Water
- 1 tsp Chinese sesame oil
- ½ tsp Sampradas Black Pepper Powder

- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Mushroom Sauce
- 1 tsp Vegetarian Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
Thickener:
- 1 tsp Corn flour (diluted in water)
🔥 Preparation Method
- To begin, heat Sampradas Wood Cold-Pressed Groundnut Oil in a pan. Add tofu and shallow fry until it turns golden brown. Once done, set it aside.
- Next, add minced soya to the same pan and fry until it’s beautifully browned and slightly crispy.
- Then, toss in the garlic and sauté until golden. After that, stir in the ginger slices and cook for a minute.
- Now, add all the mushrooms with a pinch of salt. Sauté well. After 5 minutes, the mushrooms will begin to soften and release their flavors.
- Following this, add in the peas, baby corn, and carrots. Mix everything together until evenly coated.
- Now, carefully pour in the prepared sauce mixture and allow it to simmer for about 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
- Afterwards, return the fried tofu to the pan and let it braise in the sauce for another 2 minutes.
- Finally, add the corn flour slurry and stir gently until the gravy thickens to your liking.
- Serve hot with steamed rice and enjoy every bite of this soulful Braised Tofu with Vegetables!
